Had a terrible experience. Sales floor is completely open, offering you no privacy. Priced the car on Edmunds and they "matched the price"...but not really. They added an "appearance package" consisting of: +$199 for nitrogen filled tires, +$300 for a stripe across the car, +$199 for wheel locks, +$459 documentation fee, and more! Classic bait and switch. Told them we did not want an appearance package, response: "What do you want me to do, I can't take the nitrogen out of the tires". Funny because I noticed the car we test drove did NOT have the appearance package.

Tried to get a straight answer on pricing and the assistant sales manager REFUSED to give me a number?! How can I buy a car without a price?

Crooked sales practices that are totally unethical. Sadly, so many people fall for them. We walked out. Send a complaint to the President of the company and received NO RESPONSE! Well, now the complaint is for all to see :-)
