Fred Mathis is the MOST customer service-friendly Service Advisor I have EVER encountered.
He demonstrated a degree of professionalism and bright demeanor when greeting me when I arrived at First Texas Honda.

He walked me through the issue (a recall on the Shift Knob), gave an estimate of time. He did the customary walk around inspection of the vehicle, and kept me updated on the situation with my CR-V while it was in service.
When the estimated time of repair had elapsed (it was a busy day there), he spoke with me in person to assure me that he is on top of the situation. My vehicle was ready shortly afterward.

He escorted me to my vehicle, and performed a second walk around inspection of my vehicle after it had been given an exterior wash. He ensured my vehicle was presented in a condition better than how I had left it upon arrival.

His model of how a customer should be treated should be THE model for any Service advisor at any dealership, Honda or otherwise.
