Booked this hotel through Accor Membership for 3 night. Reservations no: (GKSDJVLB) dated 12 June 2018. Booking was for business room ,offered to me was a normal room with three beds for a single person,adding to the pleasure room TV was not functional.On my complain on the last day of my stay they told me that as I booked a cheap room(300 Euro per night) so it was ok as per hotel policy to offer me three bed for a single guest,however when I showed the reservation mail they realised that they were caught and I was offered business room on last day of my stay and they refunded 20 Euro from almost 1100 Euro (Ha Ha Ha) I paid in full while booking this room.
Behaviour of staff was very negative towards Asian and specially Indians.
Indians are advice not to use this place to avoid humiliation and get cheated.
Surprise and shocked by the rude behaviour of the man on reservation counter on the day of
check -in.
