Remediation Group came out for an estimate on some drywalling we needed done. They came out on a Wednesday and promised us an estimate on Friday. The following Monday I emailed them since I had not received an estimate, they told me to expect one by Wednesday. Tuesday I received an email from Loren telling me they were no longer accepting jobs in my building. This would have been nice to know before taking off work to meet them?! I'm not sure what changed within that week but since I have seen Remediation Group at my complex since then I imagine the job wasn't large ($$$) enough for them. Very unprofessional. Not the kind of people I'd ever want to work with.
