Very High Quality: When putting the desk together I found it to me very good quality, sturdy with smooth motor action.

Ordering Process Unclear: When ordering, It was a bit confusing as to what accessories came with and what additional options I might need as I was planning on using my own desk top. If you have questions, I would contact HS prior to ordering.

30 Return Policy: Because I was using my own top and I was uncertain about what accessories I would need, I ended up with a few extra parts. Watch your "30 Day Return Policy", they are serious about the 30 days!

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the product and I was able to work out my return of extra accessories.
