The worst company to cancel an account. Have sent in paperwork twice, now on third time, was given a fax number that is always busy, their favorite words are "we can't send an e-mail, because e-mails are traceable", have had to pay a bank fee to keep them from drawing money from my account. After 8 months of them stealing my money, this was a small price to pay. Had to give 1 star because you can't leave a no star review
