This place is out of imagination.. we bought the truck 8 weeks ago from this place and even after 3 phone call i still dont get the status for the licence plate.. I call today as well but every time I call this place the person who take care of the licence plate is not there and they always take my info do they can call me back but i haven't receive any call or email yet. Today I ask for the Manager and the girl transfer me bit ofcouse why should he answer his phone so i leave voicemail but as of now I still haven't receive call back.. why should they care cuz they got their money so it's not there problem anymore.. The worst experience ever.. my family use Toyota for years and keep buying new toyota but Leeisville Toyota is the worst when it comes to customer service.. no more referring friends to this place..
