Yesterday, I had the BEST experience at Butterflies Bridal. As soon as my friends and are walked through the doors, we were warmly welcomed and I instantly felt at ease. This was my first experience of a bridal shop and I am over the moon that I had this appointment booked! I couldn't have asked for a better service. Becky was just the best at listening to everything I said I wanted and helped me find my perfect, dream dress. She was very patient and so kind. After trying on lots of different dresses, I was worried I wouldn't find the one. That was until Becky and the team went out of their way to find me another selection of beautiful dresses to try- one being my dress! The team were amazing at helping me with my decision and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. I didn't feel pressured and rushed once. They helped decide on my dream dress as well as pairing it with the perfect veil and hair piece. Their expertise and advise was so valued. I truly couldn't have asked for a better service. I feel so blessed to have had my experience at Butterflies- I wish I could do it all over again! Becky, thank you so much for turning my visions into reality and for being so helpful, kind and patient with me! It really is a memory, and day, I will treasure forever.
