Made an appt for change over and was told everything was included & confirmed afternoon time frame for afternoon. I receive a call at 8am from tech stating he's at my house waiting for me and when I said the time frame was that afternoon he argued with me. Later when he showed up, he showed me the belt and I agreed to replace - he replaced the float and when he handed me the bill I asked about the pads - he said he did not replace because "they looked decent enough" This when even their web site says to replace and everyone know they need to be replaced yearly (at the minimum). I paid for a complete service and did not receive.
Julia, I did leave a message for Levi to return my call - still waiting
updating review. TLC came back out and replaced the pads and inspected the unit. Steven was courteous an respectful and shared some information about the cooler that should have been articulated by the first tech. I would consider using TLC again in the future.
