My 2014 Subaru Outback was recalled to replace a defective air bag inflator. I took the car to Bay Ridge Subaru to have the work done. Pamela, the Service Adviser, was very helpful and had no problem when I asked her to add on a NY State Inspection and an oil change. It saved me from having to make another trip to the dealer. The work was done on time at a reasonable price. Of course, there was no charge for the air bag inflator work. I have taken my Subaru to Bay Ridge Subaru many times and have always had a positive experience. Highly recommended.

Went to Bay Ridge Subaru for routine maintenance. The service advisor, Marc, explained everything to be done before hand and told me the cost. The work was done within the the time frame quoted and the price was as quoted. This is the fourth time I have had my car serviced and my experience has always been excellent. Everyone at Bay Ridge Subaru is friendly, helpful and professional.
