Everything went well. All the employees were courteous and professional, and Richi Trottier was especially helpful. He explained everything happening with our Pilot, and made our options clear. The loaner car was clean and nice. It gave me a chance to see what an upgrade to a newer Pilot would be like. Thanks for a good experience!
