When my family and I had to look for a rehab for my dad we were having a really hard time. The case manager at Oak Hill gave us a list to go and look at the rehabs in the area. Well we didn't like any of the rehabs that were on the list. I did a little research and found Spring Hill Health and Rehab. (Not sure why they weren't on the list and when I asked the case manager she didn't answer me.) I read all the reviews on here about them and their competitors. Good and bad for everyone so I prayed and my family and I chose Spring Hill Health & Rehab. We were so shocked by the care that was given to my dad. Not only my dad but his roommate and you can even see how the others were treated as well. We were very surprised by the management that works on the weekends. Also a presence from every department. When I needed Social Services on the weekend, Kathleen was there. I had a question for business office and the lady was there. They even had someone from their admissions department on the weekends. Although to be honest I would rather work with the lady in admissions than the gentlemen there. But that is my preference. And can I add that I even saw the administrator answer call lights while he was walking the hall which we saw him several times a day checking on everyone. He even came in and helped by dad one day when his light was on. Yes, sometimes it would take a little longer for his call light to be answered but we also know that they have other patients too. The food, well it isn't home cooking but they try. We did have some issues but when we spoke to management they listened and worked with us to get them resolved. What more could you ask for? We would definitely recommend this place. It is clean and it is so refreshing to have a receptionist greet you when you arrive. Bill always has a smile and I would see so many people stop and talk to him and even though he would be busy answering phones he always had a smile for them and would listen. My mom would look forward to seeing him when she came in the evening. Thank you for all your hard work.
