This was the worst experience I ever had with a remote start. I used them because my honda delearship recommended me to them & they had decent reviews. Everything went exceptionally well (booking appointment & appointment) I thought until i got home. When i got home I decided to sit in my car & remote start it just to see what my car does in the inside..to make sure it s actually working well. This would have been my 3rd aftermarket remote start so i feel confident in knowing that if you turn your car off with your heat on then once you start your car remotely your heat should still come on! This wasn t the case in this situation & i paid these fools $382 tax included just to start my car!!!! Who in their right mind pays almost $400 to start their car remotely & it doesn t even warm up...that defeats the purpose!!!! I called them after i noticed this & asked what this could be and i was told i didnt get the one that includes the heat turning on and if i wanted that it would be an extra $50. I asked them how come the 3 times i called to discuss the remote start & the price wasn t i ever informed of the different options they have along with the price so this could have been avoided because if i knew a standard remote start was $349 just to turn my car on but a plus one is $400 to turn on & warm up i would have choosen that one from the start! Regardless i went up there & requested the upgrade with a discount (minimumly i would have been fine with just $10 off) for my inconvenience because I was never informed of these different options, i waited there for the installation AND i live about 40 minutes away!! I was told by the gentlemen up front that his manager would have to approve that & he will grab him for me. Unfortunately i have no names to list but i wish i did because the gentleman was initially looking for a manager named jimmy but he was unsuccessfully able to find him & as he was coming back in to ask a coworker where jimmy was another manager walks in...there was another customer in there besides me requesting to speak to a manager first so when this manager walks in (name unknown) the other worker lets him know he is needed..im right there so i see this man greet this woman nicely & respectfully and properly fulfills her needs and walks away. At that point the man helping me goes back & looks for jimmy only to bring the same manager out who i just watch help the woman before me. This man comes out to me very aggressively and doesn t acknowledge me like the lady he just spoke with...he didn t greet me or give me a chance to express my concerns or hear what happened. This man instantly wants to argue with me..i wasn t argumentative at all of course i was irritated but at that point I hadn t made it known or visible so when the man is coming at me aggressively trying to explain what happened i told him i didnt like the way he was coming at me, I explained to him i never had this issue with a remote start & that if there is different options that do different things for different prices when someone calls in for a quote that needs to be said!! Dont just get someone in and install the one you assume they want because you ll get someone like me that doesnt mind paying extra for what they want & then you wont run into this situation. This man didn t want to understand where i was coming from just wanted to express his thoughts & ended up telling me the standard remote start sometimes turns people heat on when installed & sometimes it doesnt so the tech has to look at my car to see if it s possible. At this point this mans tone & demeanor is so rude & disrespectful i didnt want them to do anything but take the damn thing off & give me money back. I was the 2nd customer in there requesting to speak to manager & by the time i left there was another man going off about something they done wrong totally different then the issue the lady in front of me had and I. I highly recommend you do not come here for a remote start ..they arent up front about their prices & their manager has the worst customer service ever!!
