The worst Idea not to have a direct line for customer communication. Your email reply back service is terrible... the worst I have ever experienced... Did you forget that 100% of your revenue comes from customers.... I recently left my phone in a Uber car. Logged in to my account, reported the problem. the account was locked and no one has reached out to me. I can not get in touch with anyone from Uber to save my life... I am going back to Yellow cabs, will never ride in an Uber car again... Because of their poor customer service and no direct line... Wish i could give less than one star... Thanks for nothing Uber
