Expensive place to enter, even if using discount vouchers. The park is relatively small compared to some others, but it does provide a good balance between things for younger and older kids.
However on the whole the park is let down by two things: the staff are all young and not really interested in providing any real service which is a shame, and secondly like all these parks the food and drink is at exorbitant prices. The park is not badly laid out, but the signage is terrible - there are maps showing you where restaurants are, but not where the rides are.
There is an app for the park, but it does not provide up to the minute queueing times as it states - neither are the signs at the start of the queues accurate: The sign for the Vampire ride said 90 minutes - I asked the lady is it really 90 minutes - "Yes" I was told, but in actual fact we were on the ride 15 minutes later! Then we went to queue for another ride which said it was a 10 minute wait (on the app and the queue entrance) but waited over 40 minutes. The app is not particularly useful - it could be much better.
We also had to wait much longer than expected on another ride when we we right at the front of the queue the attendant let nearly 50 people with Fast Passes go ahead of us, instead of merging them as on the other rides. I wouldn't mind so much if they bothered to communicate but they really couldn't be bothered.
Luckily we were there on a relatively quiet day, just before most schools closed for the holidays so we managed to do most of what we wanted - but be warned, the rides start to close before the park, so our little one was disappointed to miss out on a last ride even though the park was still open for another 25 minutes and there was no queue. As I have already said the staff are not really interested in the customers.
