I've been on hold a total of 37 minutes between the main number and the patient room info line. No answer. Just holding. Waiting to find out if my mother has been admitted. Or if she is dead. If this is how this facility runs their phone system I can only imagine how everything else is run. My first impression of this hospital is that it should be avoided at all costs if you value the lives and health of your loved ones.
