My husband and I stayed here for two nights in April 2015 as a treat for my birthday. I was very pleased with our experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the decor was trendy but not pretentious (okay maybe a little pretentious but it was somehow still charming). The beds were very comfortable, and despite being on a busy downtown street, we could hear relatively little noise from outside.

The staff was very kind and prompt. Upon trying to sleep, we were awoken by a group of people hanging out in the hallway. I imagine they were getting ready for a night on the town, but they were very loud. I informed the front desk, and a lady arrived to ask them to please return to their rooms. It was all done very quickly and without any arguments or rude behaviour from anyone.

The breakfast in bed was quite good. It was a little overpriced, but room service typically is.

I would absolutely stay again, and recommend it to my friends and family.
