Efficient, perhaps they don't get much traffic. But beware, the airport is relatively far from the center of town, account for the time. One nice thing, taxis from airport takes cards. If you eat there, place on 2nd floor called Hippopotamus has best burgers. The place across serves Pilsen but otherwise is crap. Lounge is nice enough, has sandwiches in fridge and I think sushi with extra charge.
