Just checked in, surprisingly allnof the staffs attitude completely different from some reviews. The valet guy is completely helpfull, patient and polite. The guy at the reception when we were checking in also very polite and helpful too. Even the potter guy also very nice and polite while he was bringing our "many" luggages. Very2 recommended, it is a luxurious hotel with nice interior ambience, the beds very comfortable too
