Customer Service is a joke. It is impossible to reach them, and if you do somehow, you will underestimate the reported problem. A technical problem makes it impossible to use television for many days, which they deeply respect. Nothing has changed for many years. They are smiling and encouraged to sign the contract in a pleasant atmosphere. As you are already a Netia customer, the spell is gone! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
