The receptionist - at the start - was a little slow. I was there to celebrate a birthday, and it was meant to be a surprise. However, the receptionist that was serving me did took a little longer than the other receptionists that were available, and in the end, due to the short timeframe, the birthday party had arrived at the hotel.

The hotel is GORGEOUS, and the location is splendid. I love the environment and the feeling that it evokes, and the facilities and the hotel room is more than perfect - it was more than I could ask for really. The little hiccup was that there was some slight issue with the bathtub (it kept leaking) and that the hotline (forgot what it was called) took a little longer on the Sunday that we checked out.
