Would not recommend this facility to anyone. Poor management, poor staffing. Leave patients in precarious situations out of reach from their nurse call switch. If patient able to call nurse then over 15 minutes to 30 minutes wait for any response.
Business office only concerned about reimbursement and not quality care.
CNA's are assigned patient care assistants and still can not get to their patient's needs.
RN's to busy and consider themselves above patient contact duties.
Nursing home residents are assigned a medical doctor whom does not even give regular reports to the patients primary doctor.
Very poor excuse of seniors care. Physical therapy minimally exist, and when they provide any rehab it's minimal just enough to document for Medicare reimbursement.
Please do not send your loved ones to this facility.
I am ashamed of the professionals working in this facility. I am a healthcare professional myself and have seen better care in an Emergency department.
