Very happy with Smithtown Toyota! Stopped in just to look at the Rav-4,
ended driving-off with a new Highlander the same day. Mike Bourne in the sales dep't made arrangements to turn-in my Acura, switched plates, etc. Pleasant experience without any pressure . Thanks Mike!
The service dep't is excellent as well, they are very accommodating and the wait times are relatively short. Love the Highlander and have been recommending them ever since.
