I booked Rufflets as a Christmas trip for my husband and the moment we stepped through the door we were impressed. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is set in stunning grounds with a very welcoming lounge and bar. Our room was one of the Turret rooms and was just perfect. We would definitely go back.
