I bought a blender one year ago and i only use it for a couple of times. I place it in cupboard when I don't use it. Last week I was gonna use it again (three months after last use), I found the cap of the blender starts to get harden and pretty fragile that it will easily get broken to pieces even just normally use. What the worst is that the blender cap generates strong smell of wax like crayon. The smell also makes my juice taste like poison inside...
I reacted the problem to service hotline and they asked me to service center for them to check. But yesterday, when I brought the blender to service center, the counter specialist directly said that the cap belongs to accessory and is not under warranty. But I d like to ask how a blender function with a broken cap which even generates bad smell? And just one year after I bought it. The service center only offered me one option -- buy a new one with bottle instead of trying to solve my problem. They even didn t say sorry to me but kept doubting the way I used it. At the moment I realized that I m really stupid to buy the product of Electrolux brand. I definitely won t touch your products again and I will tell all the friends of mine to stay away from your products.
There may be some hopes for a low quality product with good service, but only despair left for a low quality product with worst service.
