I bought a vehicle here. In absolute terms, it was not a terrible experience. I might even recommend the dealership. But. The purchase process was far from the frictionless experience promised on their website. So by the standards set by the dealership itself, my experience fell far short. In the *hours* that I waited in the showroom for paperwork to be done, I noticed several people come in, speak with salespeople, sit down, wait for a while, then leave in frustration without accomplishing their purpose. Come on folks, you're better than this.
