Chris Dyer should be fired. With video proof and and Officers report showing their insured driver was AT FAULT he claims my claim is denied because I am also at fault. Meanwhile I was NOT ticketed and the officer said on scene to myself and the driver they were at fault for hitting my car. I plan on suing this company, the driver and the owner on the vehicle. There was marijuana also in the vehicle and the driver was under the influence. Yet I'm at fault. Dont think so.
