TriangleLocalista Kim A Review of Flyleaf Books
Hard to believe Flyleaf Books has only been around...
Hard to believe Flyleaf Books has only been around four years because they feel like they've been part of the Chapel Hill community for decades, like a trusty friend you turn to for advice. In their case the advice comes in the form of books for kids, for adults and for cooks (they host a monthly meeting of CHOP NC, Culinary Historians of the Piedmont, as well as cookbook authors when they come to visit the Triangle on book tours). The L-shaped store shelves are lined with books covering every imaginable genre but don't walk past the display tables that feature staff picks because that's where you'll find the real gems. If you're a book lover, you should really consider the store membership (a lifetime membership for a one time fee, good for everyone in your household) to get discounts and invites to special member-only sales.
