I have tried to contact Heather Schragg several times (6 times to be exact) over a 2 month period regarding a billing dispute. I received a voicemail from her back on 11/16 while I was at work and have tried 4 more times since then to make contact and I have to leave messages. With no return call. I have also left a message with Jessica her assistant with no return call. We were told by the doctor when seen that we needed to leave to go to the primary doctor and ** we would not be billed for her talking to us ** . Well the insurance got billed and we are now billed for the copay. They will not stand behind the doctors "no bill" comment to us. No service was provided. And we are unable to dispute the bill as we can not get a call back from the Risk Management Director.
