The buying experience and sales person was great. After that, it has been less than impressive. I paid for a spoiler to be installed when the car was purchased. No one ever called after two weeks, so I called the service department and explained. The service rep jumped back on the phone and stated that the part was $299, and the labor was $109. I explained again, that it was already paid for, but why did I pay $599 in the sales department for it when you are quoting $408? He explained the bigger spoiler was quoted to me, which was a lie. The larger spoiler would be more money typically, not less. Anyway, I digressed and took my car in. I was told it would take about an hour, after two hours of waiting, I rushed out of there to get to an appointment, after my appointment I looked at the spoiler and it was installed crooked. It was obviously about a half inch to left of center. Not happy... I call and tell them I am not excepting them remove the old one, put new two sided tape on it and reapply- I want a new one, and they say to come on in and we will fix it. I'm like, don't you need to order a new part? "Oh yea!" he says... I will call you back once I track one down. Did he call, nope... I called the next day and left am message and I get a return call the following day saying he would call me when it arrived. Almost a week later they call and I bring my car back in. Well, the new spoiler looks great but now their is a dent in my decklid on my brand new car. I will never step foot in that dealership again! I have lost several days and spent way too much time for something that should have been an easy job. Total failure all the way around!
