Idk what s worse, the fact that the EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE NUMBER never works or the fact that when you harass the office about an EMERGENCY they sweep it under the rug. May god help you if you ren rom any community ran by the management company. They ll do anything for FUTURE RESIDENTS who don t even live there yet but they won t do NOTHING for the ones who actually live day to day in their hell hole community
