Showed poor inter-office communication among each other. They had 1 complete tax package and it took 6 wks before they started on it. They don't initially explain that they will AUTOMATICALLY place any Corporate taxes ahead of yours. In week 5 that was the explanation given as to why they hadn't started.

You fill out pertinent information on their 10 page Tax Preparation Questionnaire and yet they are quick to say that they don't have something due to YOU not giving it to them. Once they realize they are full of mess or that the excuse isn't logically, they then quickly respond with another angle of NOT TAKING OWNERSHIP. We respectfully submitted packages properly and communicated, but to no avail, there were several careless mistakes on their part. We were new clients that will not be back. We had our previous Accountant/Tax Preparer for 11 years and he is at the point of retiring. I honestly, was hoping that this would be a perfect transition. Not even close to being even an okay experience. I just hope that IRS don't have any issues with their preparations/our files, because dealing with the "team" is exhausting; The "team" meaning his wife, son, and other preparers, they just don't take responsibility. Again, Mr. Don seemed pleasant but we only interacted with him at the initial client consultation.
Several careless mistakes and no ownership made everything questionable for us. Didn't work for us, but good luck to anyone else. Poor service for top prices.
