This place does not care about you or your vehicle...

This place does not care about you or your vehicle. I hydro locked my engine (got water in the engine, stupid of me I know.) I told the service writer that I hydro locked my engine and she charged me a diagnostic fee, I was willing to pay that. They called me a couple hours later saying that they got it to start but needed more time to get to the the other cylinders. After waiting all day I finally got a call saying that I needed a new engine that was going to total out car. They also were going to charge me 5 hours of labor for the diagnostic to remove the air intake manifold (something that can be taken off in under an hour).

Insurance got involved and I got a new engine with a 6 month warranty, or so I was told. Two months later I started smelling a burning coolant smell also I was losing coolant, I took my car in just to make sure that it wasn't the engine. I told them everything and asked them to check it out. I get a call from them saying they couldn't find a leak or smell anything. They give me my keys back only to have it start smelling two days later of burning coolant. I took it back in and they said they couldn't smell anything again. They didn't even address the coolant level being low. I took a tech out on a drive to make sure he could smell what I smelled. After that he told the service writers what he smelled, and they just said well that is normal for a car with 125,000 miles. After that I just walked out and went to a different shop.

That shop did a pressure test on the cooling system and found a leak in one of the tubes. Had Point S done that I totally would have paid whatever it was. They didn't care about me or my only form of transportation. They do fast work, but if they make a mistake or anything like that they deny everything and say there is no problem.
