Terrible customer service, always promising on things they won't do. Their system shown my order was delivered but I never receive my order, and they never help on the issue or process a refund. Contacted their useless online customer service more than 8 times. Promised to track my order, never happen. Promised to proceed refund, never happen. Even ended a chat without solving my problem. This company is a total scammer!! AVOID!!
