Friendly staff, clean hotel, best location. The only thing I don't like is food taste and quality. Customer service very good. Hygiene maintained. Temperature checked . Masks worn by staff. Some floors are newly renovated. I would recommend to have avari gold card for more discounts and vouchers. Fromt desk manager was also cooperative. Its center of the heart of karachi. Plenty of parking space available
