Ordered pizza at 5:19 and arrived 7:55. No phone ...

Ordered pizza at 5:19 and arrived 7:55. No phone call that running late. Called twice once said driver was lost. Second said on way but took thirty minutes when we live less than ten. One pizza was burnt and other was cold and salad was soggy. . Again no apology or communication. You should contact the customer and update them. Nothing like having cold pizza after waiting almost three hours from the time we ordered. Pizza is a least two hours old. Pizza had to be re heated and was not able to eat soggy salad. No apology or even offered a discount. All was needed was to communicate with the customer. Should of called. I would of come and picked up if you said you were to busy or could not deliver in time. Instead you lost a 10 year customer. Never again.
