There was some in-store confusion with the delivery process, and incorrect parts sent with our bed, but I still have to give 5 stars solely based on David Issar's support. I called to inquire about the issue on a Friday, and on Saturday (his day off), David called me, and then came to my house to take a look. He diagnosed the issue, returned with the parts on Sunday and fixed everything up. He really went above and beyond, great work.
