I had scheduled an appointment for Friday July 3rd...

I had scheduled an appointment for Friday July 3rd at 7:00 am in hopes of getting in an out for my 40,000 mile service. When I arrived, there were already 12 cars ahead of me. When I told them I had an appointment at 7:00 am, they responded by saying that it is first come, first serve. Wish they would have mentioned that on their site. Ended up waiting for 3 hours.
