Cleaners arrived early and did a thorough and good job of cleaning our unit for move-out, even pulling out the oven to clean beneath it. Our property manager was happy with the condition of the unit for our move-out inspection. Assuming none of the original issues happen again we will definitely use them for move-out cleanings in the future and maybe even try using their services for a monthly cleaning.

Tried using the online request form twice, and after several days of not hearing anything I tried calling. Was told they didn't receive my online form submissions and that they'd call me back in a couple hours while they see if they can book the day(s) I'm interested in. After 6 hours of no call back I tried calling back (during office hours) and found myself going automatically to hold. I accidentally hung up after 20 minutes so I called back and got voicemail. Tried again and back to hold. Gave up and tried again later and I did get an answer from someone who I couldn't understand (I think there was a problem with our connection because it seemed she couldn't hear me and thus didn't know I needed to communicate in English) and was then hung up on. I tried calling back AGAIN and couldn't get anyone. It's been days since then and haven't heard a peep. Very frustrating...

My boyfriend has since called and was able to set everything up for the time I wanted within a couple hours (did not mention my name, though I admit I said they better actually call back while he was on the phone with them). Will update depending on the quality of the service but there is no way I'll be leaving 5 stars.
