Just ended our stay at the Hilton Torrey Pines. Physical plant is a four out of five. Food is a 2.5 out of five. The setting and amenities including the ability to use the lap pool and gym next-door at The Scripps clinic is fantastic.

The most impressive part of the Hilton Torrey Pines is the staff. The head concierge Dean is extremely welcoming and most helpful. Everyone always has a hello. There is definite division of labor. When we had an issue with the drain in our tub, the front desk was busy, and Abraham the Bellman took care of it notifying the repair people.
