I was very impressed with Marty, who oversaw my vehicle repair. Coming from someone with years of customer service experience, Marty was friendly, professional, and he knew his stuff. His follow up, or as I like to call follow through , was on point.

On another note, Yuri (sp?), was also very nice and friendly and helped me get a rental car during the repair.

Overall, an exceptional experience. I would gladly work with First Texas Honda again. They obviously care about the staff they have interacting with their customers.
