Can the countless bad reviews only confirm ... We found out in April that our natural gas consumption was charged incorrectly (wrong meter with a much higher consumption than ours) so we have paid far too much ... Despite a complaint with the Energy Ombudsman (I just got no answers from the customer service at Essent) has been dragging this on for 7 months now ... They are blaming Fluvius, while Fluvius has already provided all meter readings to them to make a correct settlement, but they refuse to cross the bridge ...

Absolutely to be avoided! Very customer-friendly company!
