Terrible customer service! They raise the monthly bill unexpectedly and with no reason as to why. You will be on hold at least 45 minutes when you call customer service. They give you the run around. I'm glad we are out of contract because we cancelled our account. The other persons review was correct that the CEO doesn't care about your issues your having with his company. I reported them to the better business bureau. This is not how you should treat a loyal customer after 5 years of service.
