The staff need training. We were provided with the wrong information and the staff were not helpful as I was told 'I'm still new to this job', when asked for directions. You wait for over 3 hours for one ride on a weekend and if you are lucky, they won't turn around and say 'The ride is no longer working'. It was a waste of money. I advise the company to stop recruiting kids without giving full training. Overall, the experience was bad and I won't ever step foot in there again.
