Every city needs some good free galleries and this is more centrally located than Dublin's other major art museums. Sadly, but to be expected, quality of art exhibits just cannot compare to other museums across Europe (Spain, France, UK etc). It s worth visiting and revisiting for Dubliners but skippable for a tourist especially if well travelled.
