Smart Choice was the best choice we've made. We bought a house and quickly outgrew it - too quickly. We knew we would lose money because of the quick turnaround, but we couldn't stay in the at house even a few more months. Looking for options, we found Smart Choice and thought we'd go for it. Since we were buying and selling, Samara and Mark Davison came out to the house to talk to us about our plans for selling and buying. We knew the house needed to be tip-top shape and already had plans to fix certain items. Samara was excellent about telling us exactly what she thought we should do to get the place sold. The professional photos turned out great. Samara worked with us to get the place listed while we were on a 4 day vacation. This allowed lots of showings with no kids or dogs to contend with. We sold it in 3 days and had multiple offers. I don't think we could have gotten a better sale price - and we saved thousands of dollars by listing with Smart Choice. We ended up NOT losing money despite the quick re-sell and tons of money we put into the house! Amazing! There were a few occasions where I wished for a tad bit more email communication, but honestly, I think that was mostly out of my own anxiety regarding selling the house. Meanwhile, Mark showed us a ton of houses and was very responsive. He was so enjoyable to see houses with. Great guy! When we changed our minds about location, he just rolled with the punches! We LOVE our new home. Absolutely couldn't be happier. (Sadly, I've been enjoying the place so much that this review took a back seat for 3 months - but it just goes to show you, even after 3 months, I'm still thrilled with the service we got through Smart Choice).
