Sadly due to the current climate, we find ourselves in, your coach holidays have went out of business.
Many many enjoyable coach holidays, the length and breadth of the country.
A lot of money spent with you over the years !
But alas, all holidays cancelled, and despite there being more serious things going on in life, trying to get your deposit returned or even speak to someone at Urquhart, is IMPOSSIBLE !!
* several emails with no response
* several calls with no response
* obviously hiding away from all their reviews platforms
* sad demise of a company that were pleasant to deal with, holiday with and spend my money with !!!
* you don't treat people like that as we are sorry for what has happened, but just want our hard earned money returned.

Hope no one else is having the same experience ?
