Knights Inn

Not much. I rented a room for my son for a week. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke, the bedspread on one bed was torn, and the customer service was horrible. I called and asked for the front desk to ring my son's room, he didn't answer, but I knew he was there because he had just called me. I asked him to please redial the number. He proceeds to very rudely tell me not to keep calling there! Really?? I called once and asked to ring a room twice. Isn't that your job?
