Management is extra rude. Rooms are not upgraded and have a smell....

My family and I have expirenced many issues here.

DO NOT GO HERE.

The managers DO NOT pay their staffs. The very polite maitenence man, Scot, doesn't get anything from them. Everything is always broken. The shower, the extremely old a.c., fridges, and lame tv's.

It's not worth your buck.

Oh my goodness it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in an I stay in a lot of hotels the rooms are filthy the bed linens are disgusting the management said I didn't have to worry about my car needles to say I was up all night because of the activities going on out side so if I had to rate it I would give it a negative 5 stars just plain out nasty

This place is a for real trap house if you looking to live like that

Why repeat what everyone else has said?. It's all true, but it was the cheapest I could find in the area at the time I needed. Usually I say you get what you pay for, I'm still waiting for my change back LOL

OMG. I posted a pic of a napkin I use to wipe up a very small spill and cannot believe how black the napkin was! They're not exaggerating when they said the place is filthy. That's an understatement!

Been here for a week , place is really clean, staff is so nice, room service is great, price is amazing and the internet and cable is a plus.

Has bed bugs, ac was junky, someone drew a picture on the bed sheets and had bruns in all the blankets. Will never come back to this motel.

The room is disgusting. The walls are stained, the sheets are stained. The tv is a brick box. The light fixture is almost falling off the wall. One of the light bulbs is out. The outlets don t work. The shower curtain rod looks like it is about to break off the wall. There is no soap to wash your hands. No hair dryer. Mold looks like it is growing on the air conditioner. And the door lock is pretty much broken off, like someone kicked it open. Most disgusting place ever. I d give this place 0 stars if possible.

Most of the services were acceptable for the low price range, but unfortunately I found the sheets quite uncomfortable. Also, of you're looking for something other than McDonald's breakfast, there isn't much choice

Not the best or worst location, rooms are clean and service is good.

Didn't deal with staff so I have nothing to complain about there. The building is just old. Room was as clean as can be expected for a smoking room. The price though $100 a night. That was the most painful part. But if given the opportunity to stay here again wouldn't unless the price was dropped like in half. For the money could stay somewhere a lot nicer.

They charge you things they shouldn't charge you for.

I'm LITERALLY here now lying awake at 5am on Dec 30, 2018 because of "something" I felt crawling on my shoulder. After jumping up, I caught a glimpse of it leading me to believe a cockroach maybe? After turning on the light, I scanned the area thoroughly, but of course came up short to finding anything. I just may forgo taking a shower and wait until I'm back home once I check out. Hopefully, paranoia doesn't set in to think I may be carrying a critter back home with me to coexist. Nothing is on the floor besides my shoes, so that gives a lil comfort. Other than that mishap, the room is what you'd expect from the price, area, and low star rating; don't believe the comp brkfast though, because that's what led me to book here. It was only for a night, so smthng quick was what I was looking for. The door locks looked as if they're ready to be relieved and the front desk wasn't too bad with customer service, other than the language barrier issue; but then again, being a retired vet, you're embedded to deal the hand that's dealt to you, whether it's by choice or not. Apologies for the long posting, now that I'm awake from being "violated" a while ago, lol. Have a great day all

There were stink tree bugs in the room brolen furnicher and to top it off the air quit so we almost sied of heat stroke!

The manager Bob is extremely rude and needs to be slapped to sleep! There was mold everywhere sheets were stained holes in the comforter cigarette burn marks everywhere The Wi-Fi doesn t work no coffee The only thing positive about this place is the young lady who works the front desk at night.

This place is a dump. The manager is very unprofessional and lacks people skills. Very cheaply run. Need to be put out of business. Manager is definitely prejudice. Slumlord.

I can't think of anything good to say. No towels in room; no instructions on phone; no clock; no tissues, toilet wouldn't stop running; faucets in tub leaked; plaster falling off walls; sheets stained and had cigarette holes

My 1 yr old son found a crack pipe in a room I rented. Me and my family wanted to get away for a day because we have friends living with us. Upon check out I noticed that my son had something in his hand so I immediately grab it and once I realized what it was i we checked out and I told the clerk that my son found a crack I threw the pipe on the and clearly I was upset. Afterwards he accused me of being the one being the one who was using the pipe... I asked for a refund and he denied me my money i would advise tht noone use this hotel because what if it had been a dirty needle.

The manager is very rude. She should be reported to corporate. NEVER STAY HERE! They have cockroaches and bed bugs

I was not a guest of a guest at this motel so I can't say much. What I can say is that I visited during the day and was surprised that it was clean and quiet. I did not see the inside of the rooms or what services are offered.

Was worst front desk service! Booked online, came to hotel and they told me they didn't receive confirmation when it was laying on the printer.. when I called customer service they told them they don't have any rooms available.. then I ended up getting a room from them with cash!

This place was terrible. We arrived and the guy running the lobby seemed annoyed that we we're there and he acted like he didn't know why we were there. Finally after 25 minutes of speaking with him, we got our key and went to the room. The rooms lock barely worked, only one of the three light bulbs worked, there wasn't even a lightbulb in one, there was only one towel even though we told them we had 3 people and the room had two beds, there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, and the tv didn't have a remote and only had one channel anyways with no options to but more. Pretty terrible place but we we're desperate after the festival we we're at got rained out.

i stay in ameri vu inn Columbus oh one night room are very clean bed are so nice very good and helpful staff no issues stay again

Ghetto as hell... EXTREMELY rude staff... Rooms are filthy, smell and aren't safe. Door locks are broken.. holes in walls.. no lightbulbs.. dresser drawers are missing or broken.. heat doesn't work well nor does the hot water if at all.. toilet kept clogging. Lots and lots and lots of drug activity and prostitution!!
SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD!

It wasn't anything special as far as motels/hotels go. Im not giving it a bad review, but there was nothing that stood out to me. The rooms were average sized considering the room i was in only had 1 bed, and im not sure if they have rooms with 2 beds or not. The hotel is easily accessible and is located 1-2 mins off the freeway, state route 70, so that is definitely a plus!

THIS PLACE WAS A NIGHTMARE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT STAY HERE.
When we first arrived, we only noticed two people working there. It was a weeknight, so that's fine, but the hotel had dozens of rooms, and it seemed like it would need more people. The manager did not seem to believe that we had a reservation until we reassured him that we made one online, and then said that we needed to put down a $20 deposit. This deposit was not mentioned anywhere online, and we did not come prepared with the cash we needed. The manager seemed suspicious of us, which was not very welcoming, and we had to go get the cash. When we returned, we got set up, and got to our room.
The hotel is advertised as providing free wi-fi, a microwave in each room, and a hot breakfast. When we got to the room, the only working light was a tiny one in the ceiling. The bedside lamps did not work at all. There were holes in the sheets, and the cable didn't work on the television. We tried to call the front desk to ask if we could change rooms, but then discovered that the phone did not work either. We started to feel more and more that we could be murdered here.
Then, we realized the room had no microwave. Since we had brought microwave dinners along with us, this was a problem. We went to the lobby to inquire about the microwave, and then saw signs advertising breakfast from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. The microwave was set on a tiny counter beneath the signs for breakfast, so we asked the woman working where breakfast would be, and she gestured at the tiny counter. I was confused, but assumed there would be a decent variety, if not a high quantity. We also told the woman working that the lamps, phone, and television in our room didn't work, and she assured us the manager would be by within 15 minutes to check things out. He never showed up.
The next morning, we woke up early for breakfast. Upon arriving in the lobby, we saw that the only thing set out for breakfast was coffee. The manager poked his head into the room and saw us there, and brought out two packages of mini-donuts. That was it. That was the "hot breakfast" that was advertised.
As he brought out the donuts, he also informed us that since we had not parked directly in front of the room we rented, he was about to call a tow truck, because he did not know whose car was parked there. I nearly had a heart attack. The quality of "hospitality" here can be summed up by this: no working appliances in the room, 6 mini donuts for breakfast, and the owner almost towing our car. Fantastic.
We went back to our rooms hungry to try to catch another hour of sleep before checking out, but of course, the owners chose this time to have the lawn directly outside of our room mowed. Then, 15 minutes before checkout, we received a very rude call from the owner, who repeatedly asked us if we were checking out, and said that he didn't understand if we intended to stay or not. Like, calm down, we paid you for one night, we're not staying in this hellhole any longer than we have to.
Luckily, checkout was easy; we handed over the key, he handed over our $20, and that was it. We never looked back.
This place was so horribly run and maintained that it honestly seemed like these two people showed up, killed the previous owners, and decided to run a hotel by themselves with no prior training or experience. Please, please, please listen to this review. I stayed at this horrible hotel so innocent people everywhere hopefully never have to.

Our family stayed here and really enjoyed the nice accommodations and quiet environment. Clean and comfortable beds and nice hot shower! Very great price. Wonderful to have two double beds and great air conditioning.

Absolutely most disgusting hotel we have ever seen. The front desk guy was rude, made us wait while he was checking his Facebook. Room was gross, no water pressure and the lock on the door had been kicked off and never replaced. We ended up leaving and just chalked the 65.00 we paid because they do not offer refunds after 15 minutes. Do not even waste your time or money with this place!

Not much. I rented a room for my son for a week. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke, the bedspread on one bed was torn, and the customer service was horrible. I called and asked for the front desk to ring my son's room, he didn't answer, but I knew he was there because he had just called me. I asked him to please redial the number. He proceeds to very rudely tell me not to keep calling there! Really?? I called once and asked to ring a room twice. Isn't that your job?

This motel is disgusting! As soon as I walked in I seen roaches. The tissue box had not been filled up. The pillows & blankets were dingy. When I went back to get my money back & complain, the lady at the counter did not apologize and didn't care. You can tell they do not clean their rooms. Terrible motel! They should be shut down.

Ran down. No remotes for TV's, cracks in walls, you'll be lucky if you find a room with a proper lock, don't go in late you'll see owner sleeping on couch and he can't hear you

Cove base was all peeling off, lampshades were broken or missing, A/C didn't work well and the room had a stench...was bad enough I did not stay... Did not get a refund or any other compensation. Paid for a room I didnt even use.

Disgusting room..loud people that appear to live in the rooms around mine..tiny parking lot which your afraid your stuff will be broke into..rock hard beds tiny really old tv..broken bathroom door and lamps with no shades..broken bed..also over priced save urself the waste of time! Id rather sleep in my vehicle!

i come this motel almost 1 years and i am always check inn middle of night 1.00 am 3.00 am manager ya owner always seating on chair and so many things update in room flat screen tv led light furniture nice & clean room manager bob great man always help

This hotel was NOT GOOD. I had a horrible stay there recently with my girlfriend. When we got in our room, our tv didn't have cable and some of the lights didn't work. I had to manually plug in the cable before we could watch anything. To be honest, it didn't feel like the room had been prepared for guests ahead of time.

I booked our stay online, and the website said there would be a free, hot breakfast, which is why we picked this motel specifically. When we arrived at breakfast in the morning, there was no food out, just some coffee and a stack of paper plates. The guy working came out of his office and gave us two little packs of powdered donuts. Needless to say, we went out and bought our own breakfast.

Honestly, there are plenty of much better options in the Columbus area that are far superior to this Knights Inn. We previously stayed at a Motel 6, which was only a few dollars more expensive and, although nothing special, far superior. Please, do not stay here when there are much better options for the same price.

This place is extremely horrible and disgusting. The room i was in had writing all over the walls and i was bitten by a bed bug. The light fixture on the wall was broken and the linens were ripped and unclean. When i went to the front desk to complain the lady at the front desk was very rude i asked for a refund or move to a different room she cussed at me and called the cops. They overcharge for these rundown outdated rooms. I highly wouldn't recommend staying here. Save your money and find a place worth paying for.

Terrible service. Rooms were dirty and phones didn't work. The owner allows for prostitution to be run out of the buildings and does nothing about it. They're rude when you call and disconnect on you when you ask a simple question. Do not go to this hotel, I say again stay away if you want bedbugs or any other kind of nasty disease that might be infested in this place
