I have dealt with them for a few years now. I wish I did not have too but.... I have only had issues with getting through to someone. But I understand they are consistently busy with other calls. Everyone I have spoken with has been respectful and helpful. It does help when you are respectful to them. It will get you much further then going in with a mindset that they won't help. people must understand their jobs are difficult and alot of times delivering bad news to clients daily. It takes a toll on them when they are treated bad by people. I know this because I work with insurance and I get yelled at by patients daily. Take a step back and understand where and what they are coming from. Thank you
